ACT Pre-Learner Licence Course

Your first step towards an ACT Learner Licence!!

The ACT Pre-Learner Licence Training Course is a mandatory, government-recognised course designed to prepare new and transitioning drivers for the responsibilities of driving on ACT roads. The course is suitable for local learners, interstate licence holders transitioning to an ACT licence, and overseas or international licence holders from countries that are not recognised for direct conversion, including countries such as India, Pakistan, Nepal, Srilanka, China, Bhutan, Philippines, and others who are required to complete the course and Knowledge Test. Delivered live online by ACT-approved facilitators, the course runs for 10 hours over two consecutive days or nights, with each session running for approximately five hours.

ACT Safer Driver Course

Add 20 hours to your logbook! Complete our Safer Drivers Course to build your confidence, improve hazard awareness and develop safer driving skills before you drive solo. The course includes a 2.5-hour online theory workshop followed by a practical driving session with an Accredited ACT Driving Instructor. Successfully complete the course and get 20 hours credited towards your ACT logbook!
