Before you book
- Held a Learner Licence for at least 3 months
- Licence shows you were under 25 when it was issued
- Recommended: 30+ hours supervised driving, or 10+ hours with an accredited instructor

- 1Actively participate in the full online workshop
- 2Complete the practical driving session within 30 days of the workshop
After you finish the course
Receive your course completion certificate and present it to Access Canberra with proof of identity, residency and your logbook to be credited with 20 hours of ACT logbook experience.

- Your logbook (for the practical session)

Is the practical session a driving lesson?
No — it's a supervised observation and practice session with one Accredited ACT Driving Instructor and two learner participants, focused on low-risk driving techniques.
Where does the practical session happen?
The practical component is conducted in person in Canberra, and must be completed within 30 days of your online workshop.
Can I combine this with the Vulnerable Road User Program?
Yes — the combo package is $209 and credits 30 logbook hours in total. Mention it when you book and we'll confirm availability.
